SAFEGUARDING
Tell ICLP about a concern
You do not need an account, a login code or anyone’s permission to use this page. Anyone can use it — a student, a parent or guardian, a member of school staff, or someone who has already left the programme.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service first. This form is read by people, not machines, so it cannot promise an instant reply.
- A report goes straight to the ICLP Platform Admin. Your counsellor and your school, cohort or programme are not told, and cannot see it.
- Your counsellor is not told that you wrote to us, and neither is your school, cohort or programme. They cannot see this page’s reports at all.
- Reporting something never affects your place on a programme, your results or your record.
- You can leave the reply-address blank. A report without one is still read and still acted on — we just cannot come back to you about it.
What we do and do not monitor
Automated checks read written material inside Pathways only — messages, notes, uploaded documents and Learning Hub submissions. Voice calls, video calls and anything said outside the platform cannot be scanned.
Routine oversight of the platform shows counts, dates and automated flags. Reading the text of a counselling note or a journal page needs a separate, time-limited authorisation that is logged with a name and a reason — it is not something anyone here can do casually.
The standards our counsellors sign
Everyone who works with a young person on this platform signs the Counsellor Code of Conduct. It rules out, among other things, any romantic or sexual contact, any contact with a young person off the platform, and any advice that would put someone at legal risk. If something you have been asked to do does not match that, read the standards and then tell us.
Prefer email? Safeguarding concerns go to landlordpathways@gmail.com. Account, login and general portal questions go to iclppathways@gmail.com.
Report a concern
Fill in as much as you can. Only the description is required.

Sending a report never changes your place on the programme, and nobody at your school, cohort or programme is told that it was sent.
